91 Lankan refugees land in Indian Coast

Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu Aug 5 (UNI) The influx of Sri Lankan refugees from the Island Nation, continued with the arrival of 91 Tamils at Rameswaram this evening.

Sources said 24 families, which included 33 men, 32 women and 26 children, had reached the Indian Coast.

The sailed in four boats from Pesalai in Sri Lanka.

They were under police security and would be accommodated at the Mandapam Camp here later.
