Surat, Aug 4 (UNI) Bihari's living in Surat are unhappy with Railway Minister Lalu Pradad.

They say that they are facing a lot of problems to go to Bihar from here as there are only two weekly trains.

To make the Union Railway Minister Lalu Prasad aware of the problem, a delegation of Bihar Vikas Parishad (BVP) will meet the Railway Minister on August seven, in Delhi.

The BVP delegation will be accompanied by the representatives from the diamond sector also. Thousands of diamond merchants here belong to Jain community and visit Gaya and Samet Shikhar Parasnath temple every year, BVK president K K Sharma said.

Mr Sharma said that around four lakh Bihari people are working in power loom sector in Surat and the remaining are employed in other sectors.

''Most of them have to depend on Surat-Bhagalpur express which runs twice in a week,'' Mr Sharma said.

''Lalu Prasad is not caring for the needs of Bihari population in Surat,'' he alleged.
