Sensex falls down in intra-noon trade

Mumbai, Aug 4 (UNI) The BSE Sensex came down in the intra-noon trading as the selling once again intensified on account of profit-booking by the investors.

The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Sensitive Index (Sensex) is currently trading 34 points up at 10,958.06.

Major indices which are in the red are - FMCG, capital goods, midcap and bankex.

The gainers on the index are - Reliance Industries, Bharti Airtel, HDFC, Tata Steel, Grasim and Dr Reddy's, all up between 1.04 and 1.71.

The losers are - SBI, Satyam Computers, L&T, Reliance Communications and ITC, all down between 0.74 and 2.24 per cent.
