Nine injured in an accident in Nagaland

Kohima, Aug 04 (UNI) Nine people, including a minor, were seriously injured, when a Sumo carrying them skidded off the road and fel into a deep gorge between Botsa village and Tseminyu town of Kohima district yesterday.

Official sources today said the vehicle, en route to Phensenyu from Kohima, met with an accident while trying to pave way for another taxi coming from the opposite direction.

Three of them were seriously injured and rushed to a hospital, while the rest were taken to the Tseminyu Primary Hospital, police added.
