Medical relief of Rs 25,11,518 lakh

Chennai, Aug 4 (UNI) The Tamil Nadu Government under Chief Minister's relief fund has so far sanctioned Rs 25,11,518 lakh towards the treatment of patients suffering from cancer, renal and cardiovascular ailments, an official release said today.

The amount has been sanctioned to 110 applications received from May 12, 2006 to August three 2006, the release added.
