France invites Indian professor

Tirupati, Aug 4 (UNI) Professor D Himachalam of Department of Commerce Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) has been invited to carry out advanced research work on ''Accounting System for Value Added Tax'' at the institution Maison des sciences de l homme in France under India-France Cultural Exchange Programme, a release said today.

Prof D Himachalam had also received an invitation from Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) to participate in Asian round table on Corporate Governance and a conference on Corporate Governance Development scheduled to be held at Bangkok from September 13 to 15, the release added.
