Court refuses anticipatory bail to MVI

Patna, Aug 4 (UNI) District and sessions judge of Patna Mandhata Singh today refused to grant anticipatory bail to a Motor vehicle inspector, now under suspension, Sunil Prakash Tiwary in a case of trespassing the offfice of Bihar Transport Commissioner.

According to the charges, BJP MLA Avanish Kumar Singh and RJD MLA Bablu Dev after tresspassing the office of Transport Commisioner-cum -Secretary Pancham Lal exerted pressure to withdraw the suspension order on MVI Mr Tiwary on July 3 last.

Both MLAs had been granted anticipatary bail by the same court earlier.
