Provogue (India) net rises 32 pc in June 06 quarter

Mumbai, Aug 03 (UNI) Provogue( India) has earned a net profit of Rs 2.74 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 2.07 crore in the comparable quarter of 2005-06, representing a rise of 32.13 per cent.

Announcing the results, the company said its total income rose by 20.8 per cent to Rs 36.84 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2006, compared with Rs 30.49 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Net sales from operations increased to Rs 36.71 crore from Rs 30.48 crore.
