JD(U) MLAs to talk to central leadership on Jharkhand issue
Ranchi, Aug 3 (UNI) Janata Dal (United) general secretary and in-charge of Jharkhand Arun Shrivastav today reiterated the party stand that the party MLAs would not go to the Chief Minister with their problems.
Talking to mediapersons here, Mr Shrivastav alleged that the JD(U) was not given proper share in the BJP-led NDA government in the state.
Coming down heavily on the state BJP, he said the JD(U) MLAs were not ''bonded labourers,'' adding they were not being paid attention despite having sufficient capacity.
Mr Shrivastav said the matter would be kept before party's national president Sharad Yadav on August 11 and would be sorted out after discussing with the BJP's national leadership.
Citing the case of the Bihar government, Mr Shrivastav said the party had given proper ''partnership'' to the BJP and expected the same from its old ally.
He said all the misunderstanding in state unit of the party had been sorted out and a steering committee had been constituted for quick disposal of the party matters.
