Exim Bank of India appoints new executive directors
New Delhi, Aug 3 (UNI) Export-Import Bank of India today appointed Mr S R Rao and Mr N Shankar as new Executive Directors.
Prior to their appointment, both the appointees were acting as Chief General Managers of the bank.
Mr Rao joined the bank in March 1983 and was acting in the area of corporate affairs, information technology, export services and human resource management at the bank's Mumbai headquarters, besides performing as its representative in Washington DC and New Delhi.
Before joining Exim bank, he was working with Tata Consulting Engineers.
Mr Shankar was handling the corporate finance group of the bank.
A certified associate of Indian Institute of Bankers and a Chartered Financial Analyst from ICFAI, he has 30-year of experience in financial sector including 24 years in Exim bank and 6 years in commercial banks.
