Accountant robbed of Rs 12 lakh

Hyderabad, Aug 3 (UNI) Three miscreants attacked an accountant and his assistant near their office in Kothapet here today and robbed Rs 12 lakh from them.

Police said Chandrasekhar and his assistant Mohan, working in a fruit marketing office, were parking vehicle near their office when three persons threw chilly powder on them.

One of them tried to snatch cash bag from Chandrasekhar, and when he resisted he was stabbed. They snatched the bag and fled the scene.

Mr Chandrasekhar was admitted to a local hospital, here.
