Burglary in Swami Ramdev's Patanjali Yoga Peeth

Hardwar, Aug 2 (UNI) Unidentified miscreants decamped with Rs. 1.5 lakh from the yoga guru Swami Ramdev's newly set up Patanjali Yoga Peeth at Bahadrabad, about 17 kms from here.

Estate officer of the Yoga Peeth Rameshwar Datt Dabral today said the burglary was committed last night and an FIR at Jwalapur kotwali has been filed this morning.

Some employees of the Yoga Peeth have been taken in custody for interrogation, the police said.

However, no arrests have been made so far, they added.
