New Delhi, Aug 2: Pakistan has said that the ball was clearly in India's court to set the next date for Foreign Secretary-level talks between the two countries.

Speaking to NDTV in Dhaka, where he attended the SAARC Council of Ministers' meeting, Pakistan Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri said that he was happy with the progress in the Foreign Secretary level talks.

On India's reactions to the Mumbai blasts, Mr Kasuri said Pakistan did not respond and held its breath.

''Now that things have cooled down relatively it is important for India to focus on the peace process instead of apportioning blame onto others,'' he said.

The talks between the Foreign Secretaries of the two countries, which were to be held last month, were postponed after India blamed Pakistan-based terrorist groups for the July 11 rpt 11 blasts in Mumbai in which more than 180 people were killed.
