Three Israeli soldiers killed in Lebanon - TV

DUBAI, Aug 1 (Reuters) Three Israeli soldiers were killed in clashes with Hizbollah guerrillas in south Lebanon today, Al Arabiya television said.

It said the soldiers were killed near the border village of Aita al-Shaab. It gave no further details.

There was no immediate confirmation from Israel's army.

The Israeli army today said its troops had killed 20 Hizbollah guerrillas during fresh incursions into southern Lebanon over the past 48 hours. Hizbollah denied suffering any serious casualties in the fighting.
