Mumbai, Aug 1 (UNI) Mahindra&Mahindra's Farm Equipment sector, a part of the USD 3 billion global Mahindra Group, has posted a growth of 40 per cent in July over the corresponding period last fiscal.

According to it's press release, in terms of physical volumes, the total sales in July stood at 7526 including exports, achieving a rise of 40 per cent over last fiscal, while tractor exports zoomed by 38 per cent.

Cumulative sales (April to July) also saw a healthy rise, registering a growth of 33 per cent over the corresponding period last fiscal. It also posted a growth of 31 per cent in sales including exports clocking 34884 numbers in April-July, the release informed. Cumulative exports grew 11 per cent in the same period, the release added.
