Lalit Kumar Joshi is new Secretary (Personnel)

New Delhi, Aug 1 (UNI) Mr Lalit Kumar Joshi, a 1970 batch Indian Administrative Service officer, is the new Secretary (Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions).

Mr Joshi, a former secretary of Road Transport and Highways and an ex-member(administration) of the National Highway Authority of India, succeeds Mr Pratyush Sinha, who has retired, an official release said today.
