Somnath Chatterjee condoles death of 16 Indians in Bahrain fire

New Delhi, July 30 (UNI) Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee expressed shock and sorrow over the death of 16 Indians in a fire in Bahrain today.

Mr Chatterjee conveyed his condolences to the members of the bereaved families and wished the injured speedy recovery.

The incident took place when a fire broke out in a building housing 200 workers in Bahrain early this morning, a Lok Sabha press release here said. UNI BBS PK BS1335
