'Sambhar' died in Bandhavgarh National Park

Umaria, MP, July 30 (UNI) A pregnant 'Sambhar' deer has died at Maghdi forest area in Bandhavgarh National Park in this district, park sources said today.

The deer was about five years old.

District Veterinary doctor Praveen Singh said a stomach-related ailment had resulted in the animal's death.

The carcass was burnt after necropsy.
