Rescue mission on to locate 6 fishermen

Visakhapatnam, July 30 (UNI) The Indian Coast Guard Ship Priyadarshini, supported by a naval helicopter, is on a search and rescue mission to locate six fishermen, reported missing on July 26, when they were fishing off Bhimunipatnam.

The Coast Guard DIG Prasad Rao told UNI today that the two fishermen who went in two fibre beach landing boats, belonged to Kakinada.

The search was launched following an SOS from the Visakhapatnam Collector.
