Rasandik Engg to acquire 100 pc equity of Rasandik Auto

New Delhi, July 30 (UNI) Rasandik Engineering Industries Ltd would acquire 100 per cent equity shares of Rasandik Auto Components Pvt Ltd to make it a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Rasandik Engineering Industries Ltd, a modern and state-of-the-art design and manufacturing company produces sheet metal components and assemblies for automobile manufacturers in India. Some of its products include fuel tanks, mufflers and body parts.
