Lebanon's PM says no talks before ceasefire
BEIRUT, July 30 (Reuters) Lebanon's Prime Minister Fouad Siniora said today he would not hold any talks on resolving the latest West Asia crisis before an immediate ceasefire after Israeli bombing killed 40 civilians in south Lebanon.
''There is no place on this sad morning for any discussion other than an immediate and unconditional ceasefire as well as an international investigation into the Israeli massacres in Lebanon now,'' Siniora told a news conference in Beirut.
