Hizbollah rockets displace 330,000 Israelis - govt

JERUSALEM, July 30 (Reuters) Some 330,000 residents of northern Israel have fled due to Hizbollah rocket barrages from Lebanon during a 19-day-old conflict, an Israeli government spokesman said today.

''There are around a million residents of northern Israel who are affected by the rocket attacks, and around a third of these have left,'' Foreign Ministry spokesman Mark Regev said.
