Systematix Corporate approves merger with subsidiary

New Delhi, July 29 (UNI) The Systematix Corporate Services today said its board has approved the merger of its subsidiary Systematix Capital Services Pvt Ltd with the company.

The Board of Directors of the company have in principal approved the merger of Systematix Capital Services Pvt Ltd subject to the approval of the stock exchange, shareholders and the Madhya Pradesh High Court, a company statement said.

Earlier, the company said it will publish audited results for the year ended March 31, 2006 within a period of three months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year.

Therefore, it will not publish unaudited results for the last quarter ended on March 31, 2006.
