Rains likely in next 24 hours in Sikkim: Met office

Gangtok, Jul 29 (UNI) The sky will remain generally cloudy with possibility of light to moderate rain in many places of Sikkim during the next 24 hours.

Met office also predicted fog in high hills during the period.

The state recorded a rainfall of 3.4 mm during the last 24 hours.

Maximum temperature was recorded at 22.5 degree Celsius and the minimum was 17.2 degree Celsius.

Sun would set at 1824 hrs today and rise at 0455 hrs tomorrow, Met office sources said.
