Pilgrim from UP killed in accident

Dumka, Jul 29 (UNI) A pilgrim from Uttar Pradesh was killed and three others were critically injured when a tempo carrying them turned turtle at Loharia village of Jharkhand's Dumka district today.

Police said the pilgrims belonged to Kushinagar area of Uttar Pradesh and were going to Basukinath Dham from Deoghar.

The tempo carrrying them lost control and rolled down the dyke.

The injured were admitted to Jarmundi Referal Hospital and the body of Vinod Kumar Baranwal was sent to Dumka Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
