MH Mills gets HC approval for packaging div demerger

New Delhi, July 29 (UNI) MH Mills and Industries Ltd today said the Gujarat High Court has approved the demerger of its packaging division to M H Packaging (India) Ltd (MHPL).

The High Court of Gujarat has approved the Scheme of Arrangement of the company for demerger of its packaging division, restructuring of debts and reduction and reorganisation of capital of the company, a statement said.

The Ahmedabad-based company deals in curtain fabrics, knitted fabrics, woven, fibers, party costumes, party costumes in design of circus clowns, textile and garments.
