Girija Vyas meets Chouhan

Bhopal, July 29: National Commission for Women Chairperson Girija Vyas today congratulated Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan for organising 'Mahila Panchayat' to discuss the problems of women across Madhya Pradesh.

Ms Vyas, during her meeting with Mr Chouhan here today, apprised about the Commission's recommendations for setting up special desk for women at police stations and participation of women in development process and desired that suitable steps in this regard may be taken in Madhya Pradesh also.
