Solix Technologies Partners with Wipro Technologies

Bangalore, July 28 (UNI) Solix Technologies, a leading provider of Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) solutions, today announced that Wipro Technologies, the global IT Services Division of Wipro Limited has joined the Solix Global Reseller Network.

Wipro would be responsible for reselling the Solix ARCHIVEjinniTM active archiving solution to enterprises worldwide.

The partnership between Solix and Wipro would offer customers the power, efficiency and ease of Solix's active archiving solution with Wipro's industry leading innovation and highly responsive customer service, a Solix Technologies release here said.

The Solix active archiving solution, ARCHIVEjinni, was unique in the industry using a single, unified platform that organised and managed all tyes of data: structured (from applications), semi-structured (email), and unstructured (documents and images).

ARCHIVEjinni's unified platform used a single metadata repository for all enterprise data, simplifying data searches and eliminating redundancies. This provided high data quality, improved application performance and reduced storage costs which were critical as enterprises struggle to manage large amounts of data they produce.
