RJD MLA surrenders before Court

Patna, July 28 (UNI) RJD MLA Rajesh Roshan alias Bablu Dev today surrendered before the Court and was released on bail for exerting ''unlawful pressure'' on the Transport Commissioner to withdraw the suspension order against an employee of the department.

RJD MLA surrendered before Chief Judicial Magistrate Sushma Sinha and she released him on bail after completing formalities as he had been already granted anticipatory bail in the case.

The Court granted bail after hearing arguments of both the accused and prosecution.

Mr Roshan was released after furnishing two sureties and bond of Rs 10,000 each.

RJD MLA and BJP MLA Awanish Kumar Singh forcibly entered the official chamber of Transport Commissioner Pancham Lal and allegedly manhandled him to put pressure on withdrawal of suspension order against an employee of the department.
