Radico Khaitan issues Rs 184 cr FCCBs

New Delhi, July 28 (UNI) Liqour firm and distillery Radico Khaitan today said it has issued Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) worth Rs 184 crore to cater to its capital expenditure requirements and investments in joint ventures and subsidiaries abroad.

The FCCBs, listed on the Singapore Stock Excahnge, will have a maturity of five years and one day and will be convertible into equity shares at a conversion price of Rs 172.5 per share.

The equity shares on conversion will be listed on the BSE and NSE.

The company has recently announced the issue of Cumulative Compulsorily Covertible Preference shares of Rs 92 crore.

Overall, the company has tied-up 60 million dollars for its expansion programme, which would increase to 70 million dollars in case it exercises the green shoe option.
