Qualified dance bar girls may get opportunity in home guards: DyCM

Mumbai, July 28 (UNI) Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister R R Patil today said qualified dance bar girls would be given an opportunity in the home guards.

Talking to reporters here, Mr Patil said there are various employment gurantee schemes of the Centre and state governments in which the bar girls could be given an opportunity.

He said more security would be maintained in the metropolis during the upcoming Ganesh festival and, if needed, additional police force would be called from various states or even the Centre.

The home guards, who earn Rs 75 for ten-hour duty, will be given more remuneration, he added.
