OBC corporation budget raised to Rs 15 crore
Bhopal, Jul 28: The Madhya Pradesh Backward Class Finance and Development Corporation's annual budget would be raised three-fold to Rs 15 crore, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said.
Income limit for students seeking coaching facility at New Delhi for all India competitive examinations will be raised from Rs 25,000 to Rs one lakh and for medical group students from Rs 44,000 to Rs 1.50 lakh. The Bhopal-based pre-examination coaching centre for OBC students would be developed into a centre of excellence, Mr Chouhan said at a function organised by MP OBC Officers and Employees Association here yesterday.
Assuring that the state government would extend all facilities for the development of talented youth, he said the state government would bear the study expenses of Jitendra Yadav, who stood first in PET.
The state government would organise 'Kisan Panchayat' here on August 30 to hold dialogue with farmers to solve their problems by effectively implementing the schemes meant for their welfare, he added.
