Now Khurana out with a ''booklet''

New Delhi, Jul 28 (UNI) Serving the BJP, he says, was the call of honour for him. Now Madan Lal Khurana, the ex-party stalwart, is out with a booklet, aiming barbs at his former party colleagues who, he claims, have turned the Saffron party into a ''Private Ltd.

Company''.

''Mr Madan Lal Khurana, Why is he Sad and Worried Today'', the 39-page booklet, is being distributed among Parliamentarians here in the hope the issues the expelled leader has been raising of late would find an echo in the House.

Various confidential letters written by Mr Khurana to the Prime Minister against senior party leaders L K Advani, Ms Sushma Swaraj and Mr Jaswant Singh and a copy of the letter written by Mr Advani's former daughter-in-law Gauri Advani to RSS chief K S Sudarshan are among those included in the booklet.

''I have got 1,000 copies made and have started distributing them to the MPs. The issues I have been raising would come up in Parliament in the next three days,'' the former Delhi Chief Minister said, recounting once again his six-decade long association with the BJP and with the Sangh ideology.

He said he had met Parliamentary Affairs Minister P R Dasmunshi twice over the last two days and would also call on former Law Minister Ram Jethmalani so that the issues get raised in Parliament.

''I will give proof of whatever I have been saying to the Minister'', he said.

Mr Khurana said he would drag to court Ms Swaraj, senior BJP leader Vijay Kumar Malhotra and party Delhi unit chief Harsh Vardhan if they did not apologise to him within a week for having made scurrilous remarks against him.

He would also press charges against three leaders of the BJP Yuva Morcha who issued a poster describing him a ''blackmailer'', the veteran leader said.
