GTL to consider merger of susidiary on July 31

New Delhi, July 28 (UNI) GTL Ltd today said it will consider the merger of its subsidiary on July 31.

A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 31, 2006, to consider the merger of its wholly owned subsidiary India E-Secure Ltd, a company statement said.

GTL is an e-business solutions provider offering network engineering, enterprise business infrastructure, to telecom carriers, large non-profit entities and public agencies.
