DSIDC to be known as DSIIDC

New Delhi, July 28 (UNI) The Delhi State Industrial Development Corporation (DSIDC) will now be known as the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC).

According to its Managing Director Jalaj Srivastva, the name of the corporation has been changed in view of the fact that "we are undertaking construction in a big way." He said his organisation had developed an industial state at Bawana on the outskirts of the capital where more than 16,000 industrial units had been relocated.

"We have completed a number of prestigious construction projects on behalf of the Delhi Government," Mr Srivastva said.
