Akashvani to start news-on-phone service in Rajasthan

Jaipur, July 28 (UNI) Akashvani Jaipur will start the News-On-Phone service from July 31.

The service, which will relay the news directly on phone, will be inaugurated by AIR Director General U K Mishra.

Akashvani's news editor R K Gupta said listeners will be able to hear national, international and regional news through this new service- News-on-Phone - started jointly by Akashvani and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for the first time in the city.

The audience will have to dial 125800 for national and international news while important news about Rajasthan will be available on 125900.
