Dharwad, Karnataka, July 28 (UNI) As many as 14 inmates of a remand home here have escaped on Wednesday last and three of them have been arrested yesterday.
Police said today that the children, who had plotted the escape, started fighting with each other and when the security guard on duty came in to pacify them, they tied him with a blanket and assaulted him. They then fled the scene.
