Unity Infraprojects bags Rs 57.12 cr order from CPWD

New Delhi, July 27: Unity Infraprojects today bagged a Rs 57.12 crore order from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for construction of a building here for Comptroller and Auditor General (C&AG) of India.

The company said it received an acceptance letter from CPWD for the contract, which includes internal works, water supply, sanitary installation, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, lift and other services.

Of the total sum, Rs 36.33 crore is for civil works and Rs 20.8 crore for engineering and maintenance works.

The job, to start from 22 days after date of issue of acceptance letter, would be completed in a period of 16 months, a company statement said.

Yesterday, the engineering and construction company bagged a Rs 50.64 crore contract from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) for construction of an emergency and trauma centre in Nepal.
