Two car-jackers, including a soldier, arrested

New Delhi, July 27 (UNI) Police have arrested two car-jackers, including a former Army soldier, involved in several cases of car robberies.

While arrested Abhishek Chaudhary (24), had earlier worked in the Indian Army between 2003-05 with the Rajputana Rifles, Sanjeev Kumar alias Sonu (22) had been selected for Merchant Navy and was about to leave for Malaysia next month, said the police.

A laptop, two pistols and a car were seized from their possession.

Six cases of car-jacking and motorcycle stealing in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh have been solved with their arrest.
