Three suspected ultras shot dead

Imphal, July 27: Three persons suspected to be ultras were shot dead by police and Assam Rifles in separate incidents.

Police said two suspected militants of Kuki Revolutionary Army were shot dead by a team of Imphal west police commandos last evening.

In another incident, another suspected militant was shot dead by Assam Rifles personnel in Thoubal district.
