Three rain-linked deaths in MP

Harda, MP, July 27 (UNI) Three persons, including two children, died of diarrhoea and fever in this district's rural areas over the past 10 days and 285 persons across more than half-a-dozen villages underwent treatment for rain-related ailments.

Health Department sources said Richa (3) died at Jamukho village while Sukhram's one-year-old daughter died at Aamdana village on July 23. A youth Jageshwar died on July 15 at Jamukho.

The village-wise inclusive and not exhaustive break-up of patients was Choorni 40, Waspani 40, Wadjhiri 35, Aamdana 34, Bawcha 30, Uchawrari 20, Wadwani 13 and Lakhadeh 10.
