Sanra Software enters into alliance with SGS

Chennai, Jul 27 (UNI) City-based Sanra Software has entered into a strategic alliance with SGS, a leading call center software development company, to launch and market ContactPoint, an award winning software for workforce optimisation.

Addressing a press conference here today, Sanra CEO Sanjay Bhardwaj said ContactPoint was a proven software application for agent recruitment, training optimisation and call centre management.

The software for 'workforce optimisation' had two components.

While the first component involved focus on hiring and retaining best agents, assessing them fairly and consistently and empowering them with right training and rewards, the second involved daily operations of the call centers.

He said ContactPoint would forecast expected call volumes and enable managers to schedule the right number of agents. It would also integrate with telephone systems to enable managers to track important statistics like the number of incoming calls, number of dropped calls and average call times.
