Rubber Board to provide assistance to enhance export

Kottayam, July 27 (UNI) The Rubber Board meeting held here at the head quarters of the Rubber Board today resolved to enhance the exports of rubber from the state.

Speaking on the occasion Rubber Board Chairman Sajen Peter said all assistance would be provided to promote rubber export.

He said the present climate was favourable for export since the international market price was around Rs 20 higher compared to domestic rate.

Steps were being taken to provide common facilities for the exporters at Kochi, he added.
