Muraleedharan's defamation case against Unnithaan rejected

Kochi, July 27 (UNI) A local court today dismissed the defamation case filed by DIC (K) president K Muraleedharan against Congress leader Rajmohan Unnithaan.

Chief Judicial Magistrate P D Sarangdharan dismissed the case in view of the repeated absence of the complainant.

In his complaint Mr Muraleedharan alleged that Mr Unnithaan made defamatory statements during the 2004 Lok Sabha elections.
