MICO Q2 net jumps 137 pc to Rs 242.78 crore

Mumbai, Jul 27: The Motor Industries Company (MICO) has posted a net profit of Rs 242.78 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 102.31 crore in the similar quarter last fiscal, an increase of 137 per cent.

Announcing the results, the company said its total income jumped from Rs 765.59 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2005 to Rs 930.99 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.
