Four autolifters, including murderer arrested

New Delhi, July 27 (UNI) Police today arrested four notorious criminals, including Baghpat resident Ravinder Gujjar involved in the 2004 sensational murder in Jaipur along with a Sub-Inspector, and claimed to have solved more than nine cases of auto-lifting.

Gujjar (26), involved in more than 15 cases, was arrested along with three others on July 21, according to the police.

Having worked for the infamous Anoop Gang of Village Mitrau, Ravinder is a proclaimed offender and has confessed to have sold at least 35 stolen vehicles to a 'kabari' junk dealer of Meerut.

Others arrested include Noraj Malik (35) Ranpal Bhati @ Ranu (23) and Raj Malhotra (20).

A Hundai Accent, a Ford Ikon, a Maruti 800, a country-made pistol and three mobile phones were recovered from them.
