Drop in temperature brings relief

Kolkata, Jul 27 (UNI) Rain seems to be playing hide and seek with clouds hovering around at one moment and disappearing the next.

Kolkata and its surrounding areas received negligble rainfall for the last few days.

MET office informed that the maximum temperature was 33 degree Celsius, while the minimum temperature was 27 degree Celsius.

Meanwhile, the situation in the neighbouring areas, where a spectre of flood was staring, improved considerably with water levels receding.

People, however, welcomed the drop in humidity level today in the state capital.
