Central Baghdad blasts kill 5, wound 19

BAGHDAD, July 27 (Reuters) A car bomb and several mortar rounds killed at least five people and wounded 19 in central Baghdad today, police sources said.

The bomb exploded and the mortars landed close to each other in Karrada, a mostly Shi'ite district with busy shopping areas.
