BJP's minority cell to deliberate on SIMI

Jaipur, July 27 (UNI) The three-day national executive meet of the minority cell of BJP starting here from tomorrow will deliberate on anti-national activities of SIMI (Students Islamic Movement of India).

The cell's national president Haider Usmani while addressing newspersons here today said SIMI is an anti-national organisation and it has distanced itself from the basic principles of Islam.

He said the meet will discuss in depth about SIMI and its activities. Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje Scindia and state party incharge Dr Mahesh Sahrma will address the meetings.

BJP's national vice-president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi will address the second session of the meeting, Other BJP leaders like Murli Manohar Joshi and former BJP president Venkiah Naidu will attend the cell meetings and address the party workers.
