5 children drown while taking bath in pond

Guwahati, July 27 (UNI) Five children drowned while taking a bath in a pond near Dharamtul in Morigaon district today.

The police source confirmed that all the children were below 10 years and the incident occurred at Bihaguri near Dharamtul.

The source said the incident occurred at around 1400 hrs.

The bodies were handed over to the families.
